Neda A. Zawahri

Neda A. Zawahri is an Associate Professor at Cleveland State University’s Department of Political Science. Her research interests center around environmental security, water politics, and climate change, and she has done extensive field research in the Middle East and South Asia. She has given numerous invited talks and participated in workshops across the US and in the Middle East, and she has published numerous articles in peer-reviewed journals such as International Studies Quarterly, Journal of Peace Research, Development and Change, and Global Environmental Politics. She received her Ph.D. from the University of Virginia.
